Exceptional service and delightful stay
The Residency Towers offered a fantastic culinary journey with a diverse buffet, flavorful South Indian dishes, and attentive staff that made me feel at home. The cleanliness and safety measures were also highly commendable during my visit.
While my stay was mostly enjoyable, the cramped pool area could use some improvement for enhanced relaxation and privacy. Additionally, the location was quite busy, causing some noise disruption.

The gym facilities were well-equipped and clean.
I encountered several issues during my stay. The shower was not functioning properly, and there was no hot water available. Additionally, the room showed significant signs of wear and tear, with broken floor edges and uninviting decor that detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel's serene environment is perfect for nature lovers, with lush greenery surrounding the property. The warm and attentive staff truly enhance the experience, making every guest feel valued. I particularly enjoyed the modern suites equipped with iPads for easy control over lights and ambience, elevating my stay to a whole new level.
Unfortunately, the outdated decor and some maintenance issues in the rooms left much to be desired.

The suites offer an innovative experience with iPad controls for lights, AC, and curtains, truly enhancing comfort. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a diverse spread of seasonal dishes and detoxifying juices, which satisfied my family's preferences. A warm mention goes to the attentive staff, especially Mr Muthu, who went out of his way to help us. However, the shower had a couple of issues, and we faced some maintenance delays throughout our stay.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Hiccups
I enjoyed my stay in a clean, comfortable room. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to a variety of tastes. I appreciated the courteous staff, though there were some minor hiccups like air conditioning issues and an unexpected charge for TV services. Future guests should clarify amenities upon arrival.

Just a good pick for a budget stay in Coimbatore with good price-value balance. The food was actually quite tasty and not overpriced, which was a pleasant surprise. Try to check the room for any maintenance issues upon check-in to avoid any inconveniences.
